Day02 ： Urumqi Tianshan Tianchi New Oriental Express Beitun
After breakfast, take a car to the famous high mountain lake, the iconic tourist attraction of Xinjiang and a national level scenic spot called Tianshan Tianchi Scenic Area. Tianchi covers an area of about 4.9 square kilometers and has a deepest depth of 105 meters. After breakfast, visit the Stone City, which is located on the north side of Tashkurgan County and is a famous ancient city ruins on the ancient Silk Road. At an altitude of 3700 meters, it is located in a strategic location with a majestic atmosphere. From the Tang Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, it has been continuously expanded and stationed, with the highest point of the city wall reaching over 20 meters. There are multiple layers of broken or continuous city walls outside the city, with overlapping stone hills and piles of scattered stones between the walls, creating a unique stone city scenery. In the early Yuan Dynasty, Shitou City underwent extensive construction to expand its city walls, and the old Shitou City was given a new look.
