【 Guide Danxia 】 4A: The Danxia landform in the scenic area is long and unique, with towering peaks and strange geological shapes. The mountain has seven colors, so it is also known as the Seven Colored Peaks Cluster Xuanyuan Back Soil. A national level geological park, a provincial-level cultural industry demonstration base, and is currently applying for a national level cultural industry demonstration base. Multiple institutions such as photography, creation, art, and film have established bases in the park. The scenic area consists of thirteen cultural themed squares and seven Danxia canyons, especially N ü wa Gorge, Qianfo Gorge, and Tongtian Gorge, which are rare natural wonders in the world.

Day 03: Guide Chaka Salt Lake, Xining, Lhasa
Chaka Salt Lake 4A: Chaka Salt Lake has an open area and flat terrain. The lake surface has strong reflective ability, like a mirror prepared for the sky to freshen up and dress up, known as China's "mirror of the sky". Chaka Salt Lake is one of the "Four Great Scenic Spots of Qinghai" and one of the "55 Must Visit Places in a Lifetime" selected by the National Tourism Magazine.
Take the Qinghai Tibet Aerobic Tourism Special Train Y971 (23:10-19:59) from Xining Station to Lhasa.
Day 04 Xining Lhasa
Along the way, the train can enjoy the stunning scenery of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau, including the Tuotuo River Bridge, the first bridge at the source of the Yangtze River, the world's highest freshwater lake, Cuona Lake, the magnificent Kunlun Mountains, the first sacred mountain in China, and the Tanggula Pass at an altitude of 5230 meters; Along the way, you will also see numerous precious wild animals. The train broadcast introduces the scenery of the destination and reminds tourists not to miss any scenic spots at each station.
Arrived in Lhasa around 7:59 pm, checked into a hotel to rest, and adapted to the plateau climate.
Day 05, Bayi Town, Basongcuo Linzhi, Lhasa
With morning dew and mist, you can enjoy the Lhasa River along the beautiful Linla Highway to Linzhi, which is known as the "Jiangnan of Xizang". Along the way, one can admire the beautiful natural scenery of the Niyang River Valley after visiting Mozhugongka County and Mira Mountain Pass (altitude: 5013, the boundary between Lhasa and Nyingchi) from afar. The scenery is charming, passing through numerous scenic spots, and it is one of the rivers in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau.
Ba Songcuo 5A: In Tibetan, it means "green water". The lake has an altitude of over 3700 meters and covers an area of more than 6000 acres. It is located in the high gorge and deep valley of the upper reaches of the Ba River, more than 50 kilometers away from Gongbujiangda County in Nyingchi Prefecture. The Ba Songcuo Scenic Area, known as the "Little Switzerland", integrates snow capped mountains, lakes, forests, waterfalls, pastures, cultural relics and ancient temples. The scenery is unique and varies from time to time. Famous wild and rare plants gather, making it a paradise on earth. Basongcuo was rated as a national scenic spot in 1994, and was also listed as a world tourist attraction by the World Tourism Organization. In 2001, it was awarded the title of National Forest Park by the Ministry of Forestry of China.
Day 06, Bayi Town, Yani Wetland, Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, Lulanglinhai, Bayi Town
[Yani Wetland] (formerly Benri Holy Mountain Scenic Spot): When the the Yarlung Zangbo River meets the Niyang River here, a magnificent and beautiful picture will be drawn. Yani National Wetland Park is located at the confluence of Yajiang River and Niyang River, spanning nearly 7000 hectares of water surface across Linzhi and Milin lines, with an altitude of 2920 meters. From here, the beautiful prelude of the the Yarlung Zangbo River Grand Canyon was opened. This stunning wetland scenery, with winding curves and continuous plateau wetlands, is as beautiful as a scroll, making people feel palpitations.
The Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon 5A: In 1994, the Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon was proven to be the world's largest canyon, and in 2005, it was selected as the "most beautiful canyon in China" by the "Chinese Geography and Humanities Magazine". Along the way, the blue sky, white clouds, snow capped mountains, mountain flowers, villages, and clear river water shine brightly. The Buddha's Palm Sand Dunes stretch for kilometers, and ancient pine trees welcome visitors. Arriving at Pai Town, known as the "backpacker holy land", transfer to the scenic area's circular sightseeing bus (accompanied by a guide) to enjoy the ruins of Daduka Castle, Mo Xin Stone, and the pastoral scenery of Yusong. At the Grand Canyon Observation Deck, you can get a close-up view of the world's most beautiful mountain peak and the 15th highest peak in the world - the 7782 meter high Nanga Bawa Peak, witnessing the rare and unique canyon scenery in the world.
【 Lulang Linhai 】 4A: Lulang Tibetan means' Dragon King Valley ',' the place where immortals reside ', and is known as the' natural oxygen bar 'and' biological gene bank '. Located in Lulang Town, Nyingchi County, Nyingchi Prefecture, Xizang, known as the "Switzerland of the Snow Land", the whole scenic spot is picturesque, surrounded by many snow mountains, lush forests in the ditches, winding streams around, and thousands of wild flowers competing to open, making it a paradise on earth.
Day 07, the folk customs of Dingdinggou in Bayi Town were preserved in Lhasa
【 Dingding Gou 】 4A: Linzhi Dingding Gou Waterfall belongs to the granite canyon style. Due to the influence of warm and humid air currents from the Indian Ocean, the mountains on both sides of the canyon are high and steep, with undulating peaks and towering pines and cypresses covering the cliffs. The waterfall, with a drop of nearly 200 meters, cascades down in a magnificent and spectacular manner. The natural cliffs feature the Buddha, Goddess, Guanyin, Protector, Tathagata Buddha, Lama chanting sutras, Divine Turtle calling out to the sky, Divine Eagle offering treasures, butter lamps, as well as the Tibetan "Six Character Mantra" Buddha character; The fresh and natural oxygen bar will intoxicate you infinitely. Standing on the ancient Tang Fan Road, it seems like seeing the grandeur of Princess Wencheng's visit to Tibet back then.
[Folk Tibetan Village]: Visit the living quarters of Tibetan compatriots, learn about Tibetan culture, and explore the scattered Tibetan style villages. The fragrance of flowers in the Tibetan courtyard is enchanting. The characteristic villages, green mountains and clear waters, blue sky and white clouds are like a pleasing watercolor painting. Listen to the stories of collectors here; Appreciate Tibetan dance; View houses with strong ethnic characteristics; Experience the Tibetan people expressing various emotions through song and dance.
Day 08: the Potala Palace Norbulingka Jokhang Temple Square, the government minister's office in Tibet of the Qing Dynasty
[Potala Palace] 5A: Potala Palace is the largest and most complete ancient palace complex in Xizang, which is the highest in the world and integrates palaces, castles and temples. It is built against the mountains and overlapped with groups of buildings, which is the essence of ancient Chinese architecture. The main building is divided into two parts: the White House and the Red Palace. The palace is 117 meters high, with 13 floors on the outside and 9 floors on the inside. The five palace roofs are covered with gilded copper tiles, shining with golden light and magnificent momentum. The Potala Palace Square in front of the Potala Palace is the highest city square in the world.
Yaowang Mountain: It is located right next to the Potala Palace and is the best angle to capture the Potala Palace.
[Norbulingka] 4A: It is the place where the Dalai Lamas of all previous dynasties spent their summers managing their affairs. It is a typical Tibetan style garden. After more than 200 years of expansion, the park covers an area of 360000 square meters and has more than 100 species of plants. It not only includes common flowers and trees in Lhasa, but also exotic flowers and grasses from the southern and northern foothills of the Himalayas, as well as precious flowers transplanted from the mainland or imported from abroad. It can be called a plateau botanical garden. It is the largest artificial garden in Xizang with the best scenery and the most historic sites.
[Jokhang Temple Square]: Baguo Street, also known as Bajiao Street, has a simple cultural heritage and a long historical tradition. This street integrates Xizang local product sales, tourism, representative folk customs, Xizang characteristic ancient buildings, etc., and is a must for Lhasa tourism. (Guests can visit the Jokhang Temple scenic area on their own.)
[The Qing government's minister's office in Xizang]: The minister's office in Tibet of the Qing government is located in the northeast of Jokhang Temple in Lhasa and south of Chongsaikang Market. It is the first minister's office in Tibet established by the central government of the Qing Dynasty in the sixth year of Yongzheng (1728), and has a history of more than 300 years.
Day 09 Lhasa Yanghu Tibetan Medicine Culture Expo Center Poverty Alleviation Craft Hall Lhasa
[Yangzhuoyongcuo] 3A: (About one hour's tour): Tibetan means "Swan Pool", which is one of the three sacred lakes in Xizang. It is located in Shannan Langka, on the south bank of the Yarlung Zangbo River. The lake is 4441 meters above sea level, with a total area of 638 square kilometers. The lake is as clear as sheep fat, calm, and emerald blue as a sapphire on the Shannan Plateau. The deep blue lake water is connected to the distant snow capped mountains, along with the colorful mountains on both sides, the distinctive Tibetan villages, and the abundance of cattle and sheep. Walking all the way, one feels relaxed and happy.
Return to Lhasa by car to the Tibetan Medicine Culture Expo Center. With the aim of promoting and propagating Tibetan medicine culture, the first floor displays the complete "Four Medical Classics" medical thangkas, as well as medical vessels from various periods of ancient Tibetan medicine culture and native Tibetan medicinal herbs from the plateau. It fully reflects the development history of Tibetan medicine and herbal medicine, providing the most intuitive visual experience for travelers to deeply understand Tibetan medicine and pharmacy. Afterwards, we went to the Lhasa Poverty Alleviation Craft Museum. The handicrafts in Lhasa are very rich and unique, embodying the wisdom and labor of the Tibetan people, making them irresistible.
Day 10: Xizang Museum, Niangre Folk Custom Park, Zhaji Temple, Lhasa
[Zhaji Temple]: Zhaji Temple is recognized as the Temple of God of Wealth in Xizang.
[Xizang Museum]: The exhibition hall of Xizang Museum consists of four parts: prehistoric culture, indivisible history, culture and art, and folk culture. The "prehistoric culture" and "indivisible history" intuitively reveal that Xizang has been an integral part of the motherland and China's territory since ancient times; "Culture and art" and "folk culture" show the history and culture of Xizang to the audience.
【 Niang Re Folk Customs Park 】 3A: Niang Re Folk Customs Park is located in Niang Re Gou in the northern suburbs of Lhasa, and is a pure folk attraction with high cultural connotations in Lhasa. As early as 4500 years ago, Tibetan ancestors had been reproducing and living here. The first stone carved scripture of Tibetan Buddhism, the six character mantra, stands tall in the garden. Here, you can experience the traditional Tibetan way of life and learn about the development of Tibetan culture. The special folk songs, dances, and Tibetan opera performances are very famous in Lhasa, where tourists gather together to dance the beautiful Guozhuang dance.
Day 11 Lhasa Xining
After breakfast, take a bus to Lhasa Station at 8:30 and take the Qinghai Tibet Aerobic Tourism Special Train Y972 (8:30-6:00) to Xining.
Day 12 Qinghai Lake of Kumbum Monastery in Xining
Arrive at Xining at 6:00 a.m. and take the bus to Kumbum Monastery after breakfast.
[Kumbum Monastery] 5A: Kumbum Monastery is the Buddhist center in Qinghai Province and northwest China, and the holy land of Yellow Sect. The whole temple is stacked against the mountains, winding, undulating, well arranged, magnificent, with towering ancient trees and towering pagodas. The butter sculpture in Kumbum Monastery is also lifelike and famous.
5A: Qinghai Lake, also known as "Cuowenbu" or "Blue Sea" in Tibetan, is located in the Qinghai Lake Basin in the northwest of Qinghai Province. It is both the largest inland lake and the largest saltwater lake in China. Formed by the subsidence of faults between Datong Mountain, Riyue Mountain, and Nanshan Mountain in Qinghai Province in the Qilian Mountains.
Day 13: Xining, Beijing
According to the scheduled meeting time, take T176 (11:55-9:33)/Z152 (14:15-14:30) from Xining to return to Beijing.
